Whit Drake

Whit Drake is a highly-skilled personal injury attorney in Birmingham, Alabama. He has been voted by his peers as one of the top personal injury attorneys in Birmingham in the Birmingham Magazine’s March 2019 edition. Mr. Drake was born in Decatur, Alabama, and graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1989. He began his legal career with a prestigious personal injury law firm and has been practicing as an accident and injury attorney for 29 years throughout Alabama. In 1998, he founded Drake Injury Lawyers. He comes from a long line of lawyers, including several judges and the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tom Drake. His mother, Christine Mckoy Drake, was an attorney and served on the Alabama State Board of Education.
