Richard Paul Pravato

Richard Pravato is a founding and managing partner of Wolf and Pravato, who heads the firm’s Litigation Department. He has been a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney since 1996, and has successfully litigated hundreds of personal injury cases, obtaining substantial settlements and jury verdicts in various areas of negligence including wrongful death, product liability, automobile accident, and premises liability. Pravato is a member of various bar associations and forums such as Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Attorneys, American Justice Association, Florida Justice Association, and Broward County Justice Association and also he is a member of Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Broward County Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Civil Liberties Union. He graduated from Nova Southeastern School of Law in 1996 with High Honors and He was in the top 5% of his graduating class.
