Juliana Gaita

Juliana Gaita is a licensed attorney based in Boca Raton, Florida with a focus on litigation. She attended Boston College where she majored in Communications and Theology and minored in Faith, Peace and Justice. She also earned a scholarship to Northeastern University School of Law. She has experience in real estate, contract, and family law matters and has represented clients such as national lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions and families facing various legal issues. She also has experience in pro bono work, representing foster children in the dependency care system in Broward County. This led her and her family to become foster parents and eventually adopt three children from the foster care system. Her experience as a single mother and an adoptive mother gives her a unique perspective on the challenges and joys of adoption. She is dedicated to protecting her clients’ families, finances, business, assets and real-estate sale and purchases, and takes a holistic approach to law.
