Greg is a trial lawyer with a focus on probate and civil matters. He also handles uncontested probate matters and basic estate planning. In law school, Greg’s interest in litigation began to grow when he was selected to join the Trial Advocacy Team, where he represented the University of South Carolina School of Law at trial competitions in Alabama and North Carolina. During this time, he also clerked for a firm focused on personal injury.
Following law school, he served as the judicial law clerk for Amy W. McCulloch, Probate Judge, and Jacqueline D. Belton, Associate Probate Judge, at the Richland County Probate Court. After his clerkship, Greg began private practice with Kirby Law, LLC, where he practiced exclusively in the areas of probate and estate planning. He then transitioned to the Law Office of Jerry Reardon where he continued to handle probate matters, but also handled civil litigation matters, primarily personal injury and life insurance disputes.
