Because Willie George Davis, Jr. has failed to adequately respond to the State Bar’s Notice of Investigation and the maximum sanction for the violations contained in the Notice is disbarment, pursuant to State Bar Rule 4-294.3 (d), it is ordered that Davis be suspended from the practice of law in Georgia until further order of this Court.
Hines, C. J., Melton, P. J., Benham, Hunstein, Nahmias, Blackwell, Boggs,
and Peterson, JJ., concur.

The Court previously ordered the suspension of Willie George Davis, Jr. for failing to respond to the State Bar’s Notice of Investigation. Davis has now responded and the State Bar, finding that the response is adequate, requests this Court to lift the suspension. It is ordered that Willie George Davis, Jr. be reinstated to the practice of law in Georgia.
