Because Eston William Hood, Jr. has failed to adequately respond to the State Bar’s Notice of Investigation, and the maximum sanction for the violations contained in the Notice is disbarment, pursuant to State Bar Rule 4-294.3 (d), it is ordered that Hood be suspended from the practice of law in Georgia until further order of this Court.
March 4th, 2019 Update:
The Court previously ordered the suspension of Eston William Hood, Jr.for failing to respond to the State Bar’s Notice of Investigation. Hoodhas now responded and the State Bar, finding that the response is adequate, requests this Court to lift the suspension.It is ordered that Eston William Hood, Jr.be reinstated to the practice of law in Georgia.
